TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  • Accomodation Please only use the Hotel Registration Form provided on the Conference website. Any costs related to hotel accommodation are not included in the Conference registration fee and will be paid directly by Conference participants to the hotel. Deadline for hotel room reservation is 1 October 2010 (Friday). Your contact for booking is Ms Kiyomi Tsuge (email: kiyomi.tsuge@grandcopthorne.com.sg).

  • Cancellation of participation Once registered and payment made, no refund of the registration fees is possible.

  • Substitution of participants Should the intended participant is unable to attend the Conference, a substitute is welcome at no extra charge. Please email the name of the person being replaced and the email / contacts of the new participant to the Conference Secretariat (ballast2010@dhi.com.sg). Upon confirmation, an updated list of participants will be generated.

  • Liability and Insurance DHI will not assume any responsibility whatsoever for damage or injury to persons or property during the Conference. Participants are recommended to arrange their personnel travel and health insurance.
